One of the things that sets us apart from other ministries is our passion for investing in individual lives. Our staff and student leadership have committed to regularly meeting with students to help them in their walk with God. This generally includes getting together weekly to discuss Bible reading, scripture memory, evangelism, accountability, and prayer. It’s our hope and prayer that everyone in our ministry is involved in one of these relationships and eventually does the same for someone else.
Glen Eyrie (aka “The Glen”) is our yearly discipleship training conference. Every spring break we head to Colorado Springs, CO to this beautiful conference center with hundreds of college students from other campuses. There we experience large group worship, challenging speakers, inspiring break-out sessions, and a lot of fun. Generally the cost is approximately $400, but is well worth it! Plan now to join us for the next one!
Summers in college provides a unique opportunity for training and missions. Project Impact is a great place to do both! Students from several campuses gather together in a city like Denver or Kansas City. They live together, find jobs, reach out to their coworkers, and grow in their faith through a variety of training opportunities facilitated by campus ministers.
The BCM partners with a world missions organization to train and send students on overseas mission trips. We’re committed to send well trained students to work with our missionary partners, so we ask that you attend our Glen Eyrie conference and/or Project Impact before applying for these trips.
